When is your sale?
  • Friday November 6th to Sunday November 8th. 
What are your store hours for the sale?
  • Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm
  • Saturday 10:00am to 5:00pm
  • Sunday 10:00am to 5:00pm
How can I place an order?
  • You can order online 
  • You can call the store during our posted hours and we will take your order over the phone
  • You can come into the store during our posted hours
How can I get my order?
  • You can pick up your order in the store
  • You can have your order shipped to you
Will I be safe to shop in your store during the sale?
  • We have implemented Covid procedures outlined by government and health officials to help stop the spread of this virus.  
  • There will be no more than 5 customers allowed in the store at one time 
  • You must wear a mask while in the store
  • You must sanitize your hands before entering the store
  • You must keep a safe distance between you and others
If I come into the store two days before the sale or a week after the sale, can I still get the sale prices?
  • No, that's not how this sale works
Can I put items on hold and then purchase them at the sale?
  • No, that wouldn't be fair to the other customers now would it?
What products are on sale?
  • Almost everything IN-STOCK.  However, there are some exceptions this year - NB Freeze V3 cleats, StringKing and East Coast Dyes product
If a product is already on sale, do I get an additional 40% off?
  • You sure do!  
Are custom order products on sale?
  • No. You cannot order a custom item such as a Cascade helmet and get 40% off.  The sale applies to items that are in the store only
What happens if I place an order online and the product isn't in-stock?
  • Good question.  There may be a lag with in-store purchases and online sales.  If the item you purchased online becomes unavailable due to the lag or inaccurate inventory, we will provide you with a refund or give you a suitable substitute with your approval
