COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE
UPS has the following changes to their service:
- UPS is experiencing service disruptions in certain countries. For more information, refer to UPS's Critical Developments.
- As of March 26, 2020, the UPS service guarantee is suspended for all shipments from any origin and to any destination.
- As of March 24, 2020, the UPS service guarantee is suspended for all US-origin shipments (domestic and international) at any service level.

Canada Post has the following changes to their service:
- Canada Post is experiencing delays of up to 5 days. Heavier shipments are more impacted than others.
- Proof-of-age verification and required signatures are limited to post-office pickups.
- On-time guarantees are suspended.
- Shipments to many countries are currently not being accepted.
All products are shipped either Canada Post or UPS. All ground and air orders placed after 9:00am EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped the next business day (presuming that all items are in stock). Business Days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (excluding holidays). For example, an order placed on Friday at 10:00am will not leave our store until Monday.
Tracking information is emailed to you once the order has been shipped. Shipping updates can be obtained through the couriers’ website Canada Post or UPS Simply enter the tracking number provided to you for updated information.
If we cannot ship your complete order to you due to stock issues, an additional shipping charge may apply when we ship the back-ordered items. A customer service representative will contact you if additional shipping charges apply.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please note, if any address corrections need to be done due to customer error once the order has been shipped, you may be charged an additional $10 per shipment. We are unable to change the address of your order once it passes through our verification stage.
The shipping courier will make two attempts to deliver your merchandise and will leave a door hanger notifying you of the attempt. Most couriers allow you the ability to have a package held at a local customer center. This can usually be arranged online through the couriers' website. If the package is deemed undeliverable after the third attempt, the product will be returned to our warehouse. You will be credited for the price of the merchandise minus the actual cost of shipping and the cost of return shipping. All credits will be applied to the original payment method.
All international orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS. Specific delivery timetable is not guaranteed for international orders, but most order ship in less than a week and are delivered in 3-10 days. International shipping costs provided to you at the time you place your order are estimates only. In some instances, customers may incur additional shipping costs on international orders. In some cases, shipping costs vary and we may need to contact you to confirm the shipping charges. Please be aware that all customs, duties, taxes, surcharges, brokerages, etc., are the responsibility of the customer. When delivery is attempted, you may be billed for these fees; these fees are independent of shipping charges. These fees are not charged by LaxShack.com and we have no control over them. Please familiarize yourself with your country's import rules and regulations prior to ordering. Please note we may not ship to certain countries due to high fraud rate

How import fees are calculated: The total import cost is made up of different individual fees: Duties - import tariffs charged by the receiving country’s customs agency. Import taxes - domestic taxes paid to the destination country. Additional fees - fees billed by the carrier for import services such as for working with a customs broker, for collecting import fees from customers, or for calculating the import fees in advance

The duty rate is calculated based on a few factors: the product’s declared value and shipping costs the product category as determined by the HS code the country of origin the destination country's tariff rates applicable trade treaties.
